🌟 Supreme Being of Light Project Affiliate Program Agreement

Effective Date: 11/03/2025

This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Supreme Being of Light Project (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the participant in the Affiliate Program (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”).

By enrolling in the Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Overview

The Affiliate Program allows eligible contributors to earn commissions by referring new members and participants to the Supreme Being of Light Project community, courses, and other native offerings. Affiliates receive a unique tracking link and access to an affiliate portal to monitor performance.

2. Eligibility

  1. Tier Requirements:

  • Steward Guides ($27/month) are eligible to participate at a commission rate of 10%.

  • Guardian Circle Members ($47/month) are eligible at a commission rate of 20%, and additionally earn 90% revenue share on their own approved offerings.

  • Participants and Seed Contributors are not eligible to participate in the Affiliate Program.

  1. Account Status:

Affiliates must maintain an active subscription at the applicable tier to remain eligible. If you downgrade or cancel, commissions earned prior to the change remain payable, but future commissions will be credited at your new tier’s rate.

3. Commission Structure

  1. Referral Commissions:

  • Stewards: 10% of subscription fees and qualifying purchases.

  • Guardians: 20% of subscription fees and qualifying purchases.

Affiliates must maintain an active subscription at the applicable tier to remain eligible. If you downgrade or cancel, commissions earned prior to the change remain payable, but future commissions will be credited at your new tier’s rate.

  1. Own Offerings (Guardians only):

Guardians who create and host approved trainings, programs, or courses within the Project retain 90% of gross revenue generated by those offerings, with the remaining 10% supporting the Project.

  1. Qualifying Purchases:

    Commissions apply to:

    • Monthly contribution levels (Seed, Steward, Guardian).

    • One-time or recurring purchases of native Supreme Being of Light Project courses/programs.

    • Exclusions: Courses/programs independently created by Guardians (not native Project offerings) are not eligible for additional affiliate commission.

  1. Qualifying Purchases:

Commissions are earned for the duration of an active subscription or until the affiliate relationship is terminated, subject to refund and chargeback provisions.

4. Tracking & Attribution

  1. Affiliates are assigned a unique referral link.

  1. Attribution is cookie-based, with a 365-day cookie duration. If a user signs up within 365 days of clicking your link, the referral is credited to you.

  1. Last-click attribution applies: the most recent affiliate link used will be credited.

5. Payouts

  1. Schedule: Payouts are processed once per month, on a net-30 basis (commissions are payable 30 days after the end of the month in which they are earned).

  2. Minimum Threshold: A minimum of $20 in earned commissions must be reached before payout is issued.

  3. Method: Payouts are made via NMI-supported method. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payout details are correct.

  4. Refunds/Chargebacks: Commissions are reversed for transactions that are refunded, disputed, or otherwise invalid.

6. Responsibilities of Affiliates

  1. Affiliates agree to promote the Project truthfully and respectfully, aligning with its mission and values.

  2. Affiliates must not:

    1. Engage in spamming, misleading advertising, or unethical marketing practices.

    2. Use paid ads that impersonate the Project’s official websites or accounts.

    3. Make false claims about earnings potential or project benefits.

  3. Affiliates are encouraged to participate in community discussions and foster engagement with their referrals.

7. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of the Project. Nothing in this Agreement creates a joint venture or employment relationship.

8. Termination

  1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by written notice.

  2. Upon termination, all unpaid but valid commissions earned prior to termination will be paid according to the payout schedule.

  3. Affiliates who violate this Agreement may forfeit outstanding commissions at the discretion of the Project.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify commission rates, terms, or conditions of the Affiliate Program at any time. Affiliates will be notified in advance of material changes, and continued participation after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Taxes & Legal Compliance

Affiliates are responsible for any taxes due on earnings. The Project does not withhold taxes on affiliate commissions. Affiliates may be required to submit appropriate tax forms (e.g., W-9 for U.S. residents).

11. Limitation of Liability

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nevada State.

12. Governing Law

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Affiliate Program and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

13. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Affiliate Program and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

Acknowledgement

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
